If you are dissatisfied with the service, you agree to address the matter directly with us within the specified time frame. Failure to do so will void any claims for refunds or adjustments.

Services

All landscaping services, including consultations, maintenance, installations, and design work, are non-refundable once the work has begun or has been scheduled. Due to the nature of our services—many of which require custom planning, labor, and materials—we do not offer refunds for work that has been performed or scheduled.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us within [5] days of completion so we can work with you to address any concerns.

Merchandise
All merchandise sales (e.g., hats, shirts, or other branded items) are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within [7 days] of delivery, with photo proof provided.

Deposits
Deposits made for landscaping projects or custom orders are non-refundable, as they secure your project time and may involve upfront costs for materials or labor planning.
